HerVé pricing: how much does the orthoptist software cost?

HerVé offers three plans: Starter, the base plan for solo orthoptists; Independent, the multi-site plan for private practice; Medical Office, for multi-practitioner practices. The prices below are the current public prices, excluding VAT (20% VAT on top), taken directly from our billing system. The reference price is monthly with a 12-month commitment (-9%); the no-commitment monthly price is shown next to it.
Starter
Starter: €44.59/month excl. VAT with a 12-month commitment (€53.51 incl. VAT), or €49/month excl. VAT with no commitment (€58.80 incl. VAT).
HerVé's base plan, for solo orthoptists: the essential features (Doctolib-synced calendar, orthoptic medical record, SESAM-Vitale FSE billing and teletransmission, AI-drafted reports) for 1 user and 1 site. Tap to Pay at 10% fees.
Independent
Independent: €67.34/month excl. VAT with a 12-month commitment (€80.81 incl. VAT), or €74/month excl. VAT with no commitment (€88.80 incl. VAT).
Independent plan: built specifically for private practice and designed for orthoptists. Multi-site: up to 2 users and 2 sites, PC Connector for medical devices, Tap to Pay at 0% fees.
Medical Office
Medical Office: €76.44/month excl. VAT with a 12-month commitment (€91.73 incl. VAT), or €84/month excl. VAT with no commitment (€100.80 incl. VAT).
For orthoptists and multi-practitioner practices (orthoptists, ophthalmologists, secretaries): unlimited users and unlimited sites (2 sites included, then €39/month excl. VAT per extra site), PC Connector, Tap to Pay at 0% fees.
15-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial; the first charge happens after the 15 days.

Starter is the base plan for solo orthoptists: the essential features for 1 user and 1 site. Independent fits if you work on 2 sites, work as a pair or need the PC Connector for your medical devices.
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added. For example, Starter costs €53.51 incl. VAT per month with an annual commitment.
What is the difference between annual and monthly pricing?
Annual pricing comes with a 12-month commitment and costs 9% less. Monthly pricing has no commitment: you can stop at any time.
How much does an extra site or practitioner cost?
With Medical Office, users and sites are unlimited: 2 sites are included, then each extra site costs €39/month excl. VAT. Each extra practitioner is billed according to their profile (orthoptist, ophthalmologist, secretary).
