Ortho +4000 relies on the Cegedim ecosystem (Maiia Agenda, Maiia Teleconsultation, Maiia Connect). HerVé takes a web approach, with its own calendar synced with Doctolib.

Cegedim Santé publishes the +4000 range, which adapts a common base to each profession: Medi +4000 for podiatrists and midwives, Ortho +4000 for orthoptists, among others. Ortho +4000 Orthoptiste is described as “already used by more than 1,100 professionals”. It is listed among the vendor’s local solutions, working over a local network (several computers at the practice) or a remote network (home, several practices), and displays the AppSV, DMP, MSSanté, PCSC, TLSi, FSE-DRE, SCOR, TPAMC, INSi and ProPS logos.
The calendar is handled by Maiia Agenda (online booking, SMS reminders); teleconsultation goes through Maiia Teleconsultation and exchanges with ophthalmologists through the Maiia Connect messaging service. The software is presented as eligible for the FAMI allowance. No price is published on Cegedim Santé’s website, which offers a demo. HerVé is for orthoptists who prefer 100% web software with public pricing.
