You get 15 days of full access to HerVé. A credit card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during the 15 days. When signing up, you choose between the monthly plan with no commitment and the annual plan (12-month commitment, -9%).

No, HerVé is 100% web-based (SaaS) and accessible from any browser. The only exception: if you want to transmit data from your devices (autorefractor, retinograph, lensometer…), a small connector installed on your workstation bridges your devices and HerVé.

It is our priority. Your health data is hosted in France / the European Union by Cloud Advice, an HDS-certified (Health Data Hosting) and ISO 27001-certified provider. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and data at rest (AES-256). Our availability target, set out in our terms, is 99.5% per month.

Yes. HerVé connects to Doctolib with bidirectional synchronization: your calendar and patient data are automatically synced both ways. No more double entry.

You have dedicated support via email and chat. Our team understands the orthoptist profession and can help with both technical and professional aspects. Updates are automatic and included in your subscription.

Yes. HerVé natively integrates telemedicine workflows, especially for orthoptist-ophthalmologist coordination. Reviews, exchanges, and traceability are managed in the same tool as your regular practice.

Yes. HerVé is 100% cloud: it runs in the browser on Mac, PC and tablet, and with the HerVé mobile app on iPhone and Android (App Store and Google Play), included in every plan. The app lets you take card payments with Tap to Pay, at the practice or on home visits.

HerVé does not keep your books, but it prepares the work: your revenue, payments, FSE and rejections are gathered automatically as you see patients, then exported as CSV for your accountant or accounting software.

Storage covers all your data: patient files, generated reports, imported documents (prescriptions, letters…), and captures from your devices (retinograph, autorefractor, etc.). On average, a practitioner uses about 6 GB per year. Each plan includes a storage quota, and you can add more if needed. Use the simulator above to estimate your needs.

The PC Connector is a small application installed on your workstation that automatically transmits data captured by your devices (retinograph, autorefractor, lensometer…) to HerVé. Measurements are imported directly into the patient file, without manual entry. It is included in the Independent and Medical Office plans.

The Starter plan is for a solo orthoptist (1 user, 1 site) with essential features. The Independent plan adds the PC Connector, a second site, more storage and 0% fees on in-app payments. The Medical Office plan is designed for multidisciplinary teams (orthoptists, ophthalmologists, secretaries): unlimited number of users (each practitioner is billed), 2 sites included, then €39/month excl. VAT per additional site.

HerVé offers three plans. With the annual plan (12-month commitment, -9%): Starter at €44.59/month excl. VAT, Independent at €67.34/month and Medical Office at €76.44/month. With the monthly plan (no commitment): €49, €74 and €84/month excl. VAT. The Medical Office plan includes 2 sites (+€39/month excl. VAT per additional site); additional practitioners are billed on top. Installation fees are waived and the free trial lasts 15 days (credit card required to start, nothing charged during the trial).
