The vendor reports over 50,000 users and more than 30 years of experience, and has an offer dedicated to orthoptists. VEGA is Windows software (Windows 10 or 11) installed on the computer with a licence number. For mobility, Epsilog offers the VEGA Tab, a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet with NFC reader and HD camera.
The orthoptist offer is listed “from €45/month – no commitment”, with updates, phone support and 2035 accounting included; card readers and the CLICKDOC online calendar are listed as extra costs. VEGA mentions SCOR, ADRi, INS and the Vitale card app, as well as teleconsultation through CLICKDOC. If you are happy with a desktop setup, VEGA remains a solid option; HerVé is for practices that want to move to 100% web.
